Support Children in Louisiana's Legal System!

LCCR is doing our annual fundraiser for the Client Welfare Fund. This fund goes to supplies for our clients. In my work representing clients facing or serving juvenile life without parole sentences, I have used these funds to buy journals, comic books, novels, word search puzzles, stamps for communication, and books for clients who are in education programs. Perhaps most impactful to me, was the ability to use this fund to purchase toiletries, clothing, and household items for a newly released client as we transitioned him from a juvenile detention center and into a stable home. I hope to continue to provide for clients in these ways in the future with your support!

That's why this holiday season, I'm rallying to raise money for LCCR's Small Favors Fund -- a reserve used to help our children and juvenile lifers cover the small costs that stand in the way of opportunity.

• For just $25, you can purchase books for one of our incarcerated kids
• For $50, you can provide a school uniform to one of our children in need
• For $100, you can rent a moving van for one of our families experiencing eviction
• For $250, you can purchase a Chromebook to aid one of our kids with his schooling
• And for $500, you can help a former juvenile lifer furnish his new home after re-entry
