Meet "Marshall", a sweet, polite, and somewhat shy teenager who, to the surprise of his teachers and classmates, started acting out in school. He was suspended several times and ultimately arrested for a fight on the school bus.
Thanks to the support of donors like you, Marshall's LCCR defense team was able to get right to work. We connected him with an after school youth leadership program in which he thrived. We also ensured that his special education needs were being met at school. His behavior began to improve. So did his grades. We presented Marshall's progress to his judge and convinced him to close his case early. Marshall is happy to be back where he belongs, free from his involvement in the legal system.
We are asking everyone to rally their friends, family, and networks to support our vital work helping kids like Marshall.
