Using direct representation and advocacy, the Louisiana Center for Children's Rights fights to keep children out of the legal system so that they can thrive in their homes and communities. We envision a Louisiana where every child, no matter their race or class, is free to be a kid and supported in becoming a healthy adult.

Through this event, we celebrate the Louisiana Center for Children’s Rights’ successes and come together to make Louisiana a better place for all children.

We will also be presenting our annual Calogero Champion of Justice Award to Ubuntu Village for its incredible work helping families advocate for themselves in New Orleans' juvenile legal system.

This cocktail reception fundraiser will be held on Thursday, March 21 (6-8pm) at The Building, a beautiful art space located at 1427 Oretha Castle Haley Blvd. (just across from the Jazz Market). Business or business casual attire preferred.

We hope you will join us as our sponsor, our ally, and our friend!
